Do you live in the HPC area? If yes, our ACE adviser is here to provide impartial, confidential and quality advice in a way that works for you – phone, email or in a local community access point.
Whichever way you get in touch with us, our qualified adviser will explore your situation so we understand how to help you and then provide information and advice that’s relevant to your situation.

Do you work or volunteer in your local HPC area community?
If you need to refer someone to us for advice you can do this using our secure online referral form. You just need to have permission of the person you’re referring for advice.
Could you become an Advice First Aider?
We know that people are far more likely to reach out to people they trust in their community when they need advice or support. Our free Advice First Aid training enables people in non-advice roles to gain the skills and confidence to deliver advice first aid in their community.
If you work or volunteer for an organisation based in the Hinkley Point C area and are interested in becoming an Advice First Aider we would love to hear from you.
