People across Somerset need your advice
Citizens Advice exists to help people resolve their problems and find a way forward, but we can’t do it without our incredible volunteers. We desperately need people like you to join our team of home-based volunteers delivering vital advice to local people over the phone. Families across Somerset are struggling with a range of financial, relationship, employment, benefits and housing issues.
Our Adviceline is a free to use telephone advice service that plays a vital role in supporting people all across Somerset. Our volunteers and staff run Adviceline and support the growing number of people that need advice.
Is Volunteering right for me?
Can you…
- Listen with an open mind
