Community Access Points – see below for details of where and when you can visit us to speak to an adviser in person at our access point sessions. You can just turn up – no need to book – and our advice team will do a quick initial assessment with you to understand how best to help you.
Pre-booked appointments – appointments are offered when your advice query requires additional time or if you need more specialist assistance. Please get in touch so we can see how we can help you – you can phone or email us, or come to see us at a community access point session.
