Bringing all services, support and referrals
across Somerset to one place.
What is Somerset Frontline?
Finding the right support can be challenging. Somerset Frontline is an exciting new online directory and referral platform that makes it easier to find services, connect organisations and support residents more effectively in local communities across Somerset.
Led by Citizens Advice Somerset in partnership with the Crisis and Resilience Alliance, we have launched Somerset Frontline to help people to easily find and access local support when they need it most. Bringing together all Somerset support and services will also enhance collaboration and improve referral pathways across the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) and statutory sector.
Work is underway with our Crisis and Resilience Alliance partners to get their services added and visible on Somerset Frontline.
Why should you join Somerset Frontline?
Joining Somerset Frontline will help your organisation:
✓ Increase visibility of your services
✓ Streamline referral pathways, reducing duplication and improving coordination of efforts
✓ Help build a comprehensive picture of support and referral insights across Somerset
As more organisations join, Somerset Frontline will become an increasingly valuable resource for Somerset residents and everyone working to improve outcomes for local people.
