Bringing all services, support and referrals across Somerset to one place.
We know it can be really challenging to identify appropriate services or support, that’s why we are launching Somerset Frontline – an exciting new digital support and referral platform, which will help local Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) and statutory organisations to easily find, connect with, and refer people for support across the county.
Citizens Advice Somerset is leading the co-production and delivery of the Crisis and Resilience Fund programme in Somerset, offering targeted crisis help and support to improve financial resilience across the county in partnership with the Crisis and Resilience Alliance.
We are launching Somerset Frontline so people and organisations can find what they need, when they need it, all in one place.
Building the platform
Work is underway with our Crisis and Resilience Alliance partners to get their services added and visible on Somerset Frontline.
We’ll then start inviting more organisations to join, with support on hand to help registration on the platfrom.
