In January 2023, we announced that the Trustees of Citizens Advice Mendip, Taunton, Sedgemoor, and South Somerset were exploring the option of merging. After much time and consideration, we are pleased to announce that the Trustees of all four Citizens Advice have voted to merge and become Citizens Advice Somerset.
We are pleased to announce this exciting new way forward, and we are looking forward to seeing what new opportunities this will bring to enable us to not only continue our work in supporting our local communities but to be grown to expand our services.
In the meantime, our services will continue as usual, especially in this current economic environment where we are seeing an increased demand for support from within our communities.
