Household bills are on the rise and we understand this might be difficult for you. If you are struggling with the cost of living, you are not alone.
How does this service differ from general advice?
This is a targeted service for clients and their families in our community who are struggling with the cost of living.
How do I access this service?
You can access the service via Adviceline, Email or in Person.
You can call our Adviceline on 0808 27 87842 during our regular Monday & Friday hours or our extended evening Adviceline hours:
- Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 4pm – 8pm
