The Help Through Winter Service is for people and families who are finding it difficult to manage financially due to the additional challenges faced through the winter.
Money maximisation
Our specialist help through winter advisers can provide advice to maximise your income, helping you to cover the cost of winter bills.

Extra community presence
In additional to our existing 14 community access points, you will find us at three additional locations this winter:
- Fair Frome Foodbank
Fridays from 10am to 1pm (for people who have been referred to the food bank)
- Glastonbury Library
Tuesdays from 11am to 2pm
- Wellington Foodbank
Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm (for people who have been referred to the food bank)
